An independent replacement macOS driver for the TASCAM US-2000 USB audio interface, developed for Apple silicon Macs.

16 audio inputs · Four audio outputs · 44.1 and 48 kHz

Recording and playback tested in Logic Pro. Installer tested on M1 and M4 Macs. Developer ID signed and notarized by Apple.

Includes the installer and a quick-start guide. Run the installer, open US2000Control in Applications, and click Install / Update Driver. Approve the macOS prompts and reconnect your interface. No SIP changes or reduced startup security are required.

Compatibility

For the TASCAM US-2000 and Apple silicon Macs. macOS 26.6.2 was verified during development; other macOS versions have not been fully qualified. Intel Macs, MIDI and sample rates above 48 kHz are not supported. Hardware is not included.
